Recently I have been getting hives around my eyes and cheeks - I thought it was the khiels face creams I used (actually still convinced that was part of it, they hives went away when I stopped using khiels - went make up free for a week and only used cerave for a moisturizer. This is so interesting, I have had chronic sinus issues and had a blocked and infected tear duct (third sinus surgery got the extra bonus of getting that fixed) and my eyes always are teary and itchy especially when I wear makeup.
